What a brilliant idea. People were talking about this exact problem at the Kirklees Environmental Partnership AGM last week.
Once its up and running i think we could advertise it around the Colne Valley and get a really good response.
The only problem with this approach is that people don't realise the potential of their own gardens. Other people could do so much with this space but the owners aren't aware of this concept and so do not put their land forward.
If we wanted to do this in our community we would have to properly advertise it.
