MYAC

Marsden Youth and Community (MYAC) Project is a small but growing group that operates in Marsden. This group are attempting to create a safe environment in which the community can sit around and chat. It also aims to create a place where events for young people can be held and where people can come to find out what is going on within the community. ‘Our main aim is to get a building in Marsden to be able to house the project. We would like the building to accommodate the youth and the community allowing more outside organisations to come into Marsden.

"We are a small but ever-growing group and if you think that this project interests you and you would like to get involved or support us in anyway then please get in touch!"

If you would like to read more information on this group and take part in their events, please visit their website on www.m-yac.co.uk

Have you got five minutes to fill out our questionnaire?

It will help us plan our activities for the next twelve months and ensure we get as much input as possible from the local community.

Please follow this link to fill in the questionnaire - http://www.m-yac.co.uk/form.php

   Hi

re the Earth HEART Festival - we have a few children's games outside lead by Sandra Drake in aid of Project Nepal. We would like to encourage all members of the community to our Festival and would be interested in how young people may be interested to get involved - to present something ( anything!!).

Blessings

Lynda
