Documentary worth a watch - Future of Food

Not sure how long this will be available for, but it's worth a watch if anyone didn't see it. Episode three mentions Incredible Edibles.
I have watched it all and was a bit disappointed that it didn't do much on the movement towards local, slow food. Though it touched on changes to eating habits quite a lot, it didn't say enough on the impact of cows etc...... I'm sure this will have been too politically sensitive for the beeb to tackle, a shame.
Did anyone else see it? What did you think?

I watched episode 1 and didn't like the way they put across the Cuban way of living and their diet. Surely they could have put it forward in a more positive light? How can they consume the right amount of calories like it said if they hardly eat anything (as it showed). So who eats all of the fresh fruit and veg they grow? I think they should focus on less subjects in each episode and cover it in more detail. I found the but about water interesting and hopefully the other episodes will br better,
