  FILM SCREENING - A Farm for the Future MASTT will be showing an inspiring documentary from wildlife film maker Rebecca Hosking. In this documentary, Rebecca shows how farming is too reliant on fossil fuels as she inherits her father's farm in Devon. Follow her journey to see what the future has in hold for our farming practices.   When: Monday 25th January 2010, 7.30pm sharp Where: Marsden Mechanics Hall (downstairs) Cost: FREE   After the screening we will be moving across the road to The New Inn to chat about the film over a few drinks at our regular 'Collective Genius' meeting. Bring along a friend or come on your own, all welcome!   ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MASTT'S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING We would like to invite you to attend our AGM at Slaithwaite Community Centre on Tuesday 9th February at 7.30pm. This event is open to the public to find out what the group has been doing and how it is going to move forward over the next 12 months.   ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SEEDY SUNDAY - MASTT's annual seed swap Come along to the Parochial Hall (next to St Bart's Church) in Marsden with your seeds and seedlings to swap. Local growers will be on hand to offer advice to those just starting out. Existing growers are welcome to come along to meet other growers, have a chat and share tips over a lovely cup of tea.   When: Sunday 28th February 2010, 11am - 1pm Where: Parochial Hall, Marsden Cost: FREE
